Welcome to Nova ERP. By registering for, accessing, or using Nova ERP, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Nova ERP, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

2. User Registration

• Users must provide accurate and complete registration information.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

• Nova Technologies reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts containing false or misleading information.

3. Subscription and Payments

• Access to certain Nova ERP features may require payment of subscription fees.

• Subscription fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

• Failure to make payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

4. Acceptable Use

• Use Nova ERP for any unlawful or fraudulent activities.

• Upload malicious software, viruses, or harmful code.

• Interfere with the normal operation of the platform.

• All business data entered into Nova ERP remains the property of the customer.

• Users are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data they enter.

• Nova Technologies will take reasonable measures to protect customer data but cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Backup and Recovery

• Nova Technologies may perform periodic backups where applicable.

• Customers are encouraged to maintain their own backups of critical business data.

• Nova Technologies shall not be liable for data loss caused by user actions, third-party services, hardware failures, or circumstances beyond its control.

7. System Availability

• We strive to provide reliable and uninterrupted service.

• Scheduled maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen technical issues may occasionally affect system availability.

• Nova Technologies does not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.

8. Intellectual Property

• Nova ERP, its software, design, branding, and related materials remain the intellectual property of Nova Technologies.

• Users may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or resell the software without written authorization.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Nova Technologies shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use Nova ERP.

• The user assumes full responsibility for business decisions made using information generated by the system.

10. Account Suspension or Termination

Nova Technologies may suspend or terminate access where:

• These Terms & Conditions are violated.

• Subscription payments remain overdue.

• The system is used for illegal or harmful activities.

11. Updates and Modifications

Nova Technologies reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of Nova ERP after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Privacy

User information will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and Nova Technologies' privacy practices.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Kenya.
